A typical ZUU workout that burns approximately 900 calories in one of our sessions. We will keep pushing the limits as we power our bodies and develop agility, mobility, flexibility and cardio endurance. All whilst improving injury prevention and building strength in muscles, joints, tendons and ligaments.

ZUU is used for the military, elite athletes and top sports teams including the Australian Rugby team and Auckland Warriors. It has many low impact moves which target both major and minor muscle groups to work your anaerobic and aerobic systems. But best of all...we are in this together. Our qualified and affiliated coaches embrace the ZUU culture that gets the best out of us all. We build resilience by getting comfortable being uncomfortable. With ZUU there is no egos.
